Session is opened in a new Putty window #406

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run SuperPutty 
2.Double click on the saved session to connect.
3 A putty window opened in a new window along with a blank tab in SuperPutty.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Putty window should be caught in SupperPutty's Tab

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 1.4.04
Win7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
Get a warn message in log file:
2014-01-20 11:24:21,639 WARN      ApplicationPanel - Unable to get handle for
