Remove Folder dialog #181

Remove folder dialog should give us some more info about:
- what folder we are gonna delete
- and if there is a X button that is disabled you should remove it

One more thing.

Remove foldername (bold) with 1(bold) session! with 10(bold) sessions!

added folder name to the dialog

can't remove the [x]...comes with the standard MessageBox API.  I'd have to 
create a custom window for that which would be overkill.
