Remove Folder Dialog 2 #189

I asked you to add some more info. to the remove folder dialog but I think this 
looks ugly.

In my opinion (if I may) you should remove the brackets and use BOLD font for 
folder name and number of sessions in that folder.

One more thing. If there is 1 session is should say with 1 session not and 1 
session"s".

Unfortunately, the default MessageBox API doesn't allow you to bold text like 
that.

It would require building a separate yes/no form to do this...imho not really 
worth doing now.

If we get to doing a more invasive rewrite of the, i'll consider doing a more 
detailed dialog.
