Close All #190

I must say this again. I think it would be better to have Close All instead off 
Close Others to the Right.

What if I want to close all my sessions? I can close SP. But then I really 
don't see any point of heaving Close Others to the Right in the menu. It is 
over populated as is.

Is this enhancement added in the latest relase ?  It would be really good if 
you add the close all feature.

Added close all...also have close confirmation user pref.
