I just had SuperPutty crash on me possibly due to running a 3D game but caused
it to have no response. I didn't mind killing it but what it did cause was my 3
sessions were now in limbo with no form visible.
Thought might be an idea if active sessions were detected on start up and are
currently active and confirmed to be putty to request if the user wanted
autorecovery or auto reattach of those sessions.
