Application Thread exit while sending command #301

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Supperputty
2. Open Multiple Connections
3. Enter a command in the textbox i.e date

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The current date Fri Feb 22 10:11:52 EET 2013

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Supperputty 1.4.0.2 on Windows 7/8

Please provide any additional information below.

Could you send logs located at %TEMP%\SuperPuTTY.20130222_*.log, hence we can 
help.
