In the settings app, the siphon line is missing #338

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install siphon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the settings app, the siphon line is missing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.0-1 and 2.2.0rc4
with iphone 3.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I've followed other suggestions about the pre-2.1 missing settings and
nothing has worked so far. It is reading my old settings when I launch the
app, and I can make calls out, but I just cant get to siphon's settings
page. Other apps show up in settings, like fieldrunners.

Are you sure PreferencesLoader and MobileSubstrate installed ?
Perhaps you need to reboot your iphone, because mobilesubstrate need it.

I finally got it working. The solution was to reinstall PreferencesLoader.
