Siphon 2.0.8 works on 3G Networks and 2.1.x & 2.2.x don't #362

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. if you register a Siphon on a provider with Opensips Registrar/Proxy
with 2.0.8 works fine on 3g & Wi-fi Networks.
2. if you register a Siphon on a provider with Opensips Registrar/Proxy
with 2.1.x/2.2.x works ONLY on Wi-fi Networks.
