functions with pretty print #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Pretty print feature checked
2.use XPATH function (e.g.: 'fn:count(//book)')

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  -an integer of the number of books in the xml. Query returns "No results has been returned from this query". When I remove the pretty print checkbox, it works.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
  win7, eclipse 3.4.2, eclipse-xpath-evaluation-plugin-1.2.3.   

Please provide any additional information below.
  - it's the IBM WMB eclipse version.
  - it's not that bad since the qry works without the pretty print button.
