Password generators and form-fillers like LastPass do not work well with PWM #329

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Visit change password page, type in old password if applicable
2.  Use LastPass to autogenerate & autofill a new password
3.  The javascript will not detect the change in form state (you won't be able 
to click continue).  Also adding a character to the first "new password" field 
(i.e. to try to force app to detect state change) clears the second field.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output would be for auto-generated/filled passwords to work properly.

What version of PWM are you using?
1.6.4

What ldap directory and version are you using?
OpenDJ 2.5.0-Xpress1

This is a JavaScript issue, not a PWM issue.

Wontfix.  Most admins would consider this a 'feature'.
