Fix two small problems to be able to use fumis integration with the latest version of HA #3

  1. Add version key "1.0.0" on manifest (required by the version 2021.6 https://developers.home-assistant.io/blog/2021/01/29/custom-integration-changes/#versions)
  2. Replace the const VOLT by ELECTRIC_POTENTIAL_VOLT (
