Routes not added no Kitkat 4.4.2

Upgraded Samsung Note 3 to 4.4.2. Stock, non-root.

Now OpenVPN for Android *and* OpenVPN Connect no longer generate the extra 
routes for default gateway, or other subnets.

Because it is both apps, I think this is either a Kitkat specific issue or just 
the Samsung ROM (I hope not).

I've been using the same .ovpn file for a couple of years.

I also have a Samsung Galaxy S2 running ICS which is still working fine with 
the same profile.

No errors in logs, it looks like it is adding routes fine, but they don't 
appear in "ip route" output.
