Save Server button allows for multiple servers to be saved with same settings #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click menu
2. Click Add server
3. Fill out server details (IP, Password, Name)
4. Press Save
5. Press Save 5 more times

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect pressing save for the second time would notify that server was already 
added.
App keeps adding server duplicates in the server list.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ICS 4.0.3
barcodeoverip 0.9.4
htc onex
