this seems like a good guide, could dispense with it in 24 hours.
if u gonna learn C, kernighan is the best
cut the kernighan ticket after finishing this.

right now I am focused on julialang, no time for C

The beej guide has been recommended, but I dislike the style: Beej's guide to C programming
