chromebook establish desktop workspace #9

its cool to read and evernote from chrome os linux excercizes OK here you can use caret and terminal for java core learning

however - to do intellij and sublime text, being really productive, you need desktop

best desktop enviro - kde, ubu, xmonad customize display - size, font, readability sublime-text bring themes via enviro-repo

success. after some effort resolving dependencies i was able to get sublime running on kde chroot. looks good, but obviously tons of customization and learning need to make it a productive environment.

I'm closing out the chromebook experiment. I proved that a separate machine was needed to be productive in my developer studies. I'm on osx/unix for work, my personal machine is always going to be osx now unless apple really screws up.
