OS X no longer offers default Windows XP boot in startup disk preferences #142

Since installing macfuse on my MacBook Pro back in January, the option to
boot into Windows XP has vanished from the startup preferences. This is a
very minor bug - I can still boot into Windows by holding down the alt key
at startup, and I also have Parallels which works fine - but I thought I'd
let you know.

Look for "NTFS Volume Stops Showing Up in Startup Disk Preference Pane" in the
FAQ:

You need to upgrade to the latest MacFUSE in any case--the version from January
is obsolete.
