alternative expression to "The MacFUSE file system is not responding" (RFE) #202

Request for enhancement, 
improvement suggestion

Considering MacFUSE issue 198, 

> The MacFUSE file system is not responding

-- that expression may, to inexperienced users, imply 
a problem with MacFUSE, which is not necessarily the case. 

Might an alternative expression encourage users to 
view the dialogue in a different light? How about, 

    MacFUSE is waiting for a response from 
    "volname"

-- with a line break, to visualise the volume name at the beginning of the line.

I'll see what I can do. Adding the volume name to the mix isn't exactly 
desirable because it's too much work to 
handle non-ASCII/MacRoman scripts. As it is, the title of that alert box uses 
the volume name though.
