ssh -N (port forwarding of /bin/false accounts) #205

Hi,

great application. 
Just a little extra feature that could be nice in coming releases if doable.
It seems that one cannot use (0.3.0) a remote account which has a bash like
/bin/false (and therefore cannot log). Yet the -N flag of ssh allows to
forward ports for such an account. Could this ssh ability be integrated in
macfuse?

No. MacFUSE doesn't include everything that's built atop MacFUSE.
