Fuse & SFS - Hanging/Waiting problem #76

I dont know if this should be fixed in Spotlight FS or Fuse itself, but many
times when accesing a
dynamic file system such as a search result, you will be waiting on the result
before you can display
the folder, ths presents a big problem as it locks up the whole Finder during
this waiting period.

I Suggest that FUSE pushes an empty folder first and formost and THEN populates
it with results as
they come in. The Finder in os 10.4 supports live refreshing properly now so
theres no worry it will
fail to refresh once opened as it may have in the past.

In a perfect world the Finder/File System/Kernel should never leave you locked
up and 'beach
balled' waiting for something, it could even display a temporary folder named
"Loading Data..."
while the contents is still being fetched.
