Adds twilight forest quests and custom jar #106

Twilight forest Quest line, feel free to change, alter, or remove anything you see fit. You won't hurt my feelings :)

-Added jar for resource files that FTB required for the twilight quests. -Also adds several "string" types -Adds MSD for late-game mass storage options (WIP)

@YoItSoul the custom jar - will it be on curseforge soon? i won't be able to release it on curseforge unless all jars are on cf as well. no biggie for now since I am doing the custom link thing

Didn't realize it needed to be on CF! I'll take a look at that process in the near future. :)
