Spawners aren't dropped with silk touch. Why? #392

When I try to get a spawner with a silk touch, it does not drop, but in Apotheosis this function is available. Why it doesn't drop?

It's disabled but you can re-enable it for single player by going to config/apothesis/spawner.cfg and changing
I:"Spawner Silk Level"=-1

to

I:"Spawner Silk Level"=1
