[BUG] Magic shield drown by health cost #395

Technical Specs (please complete the following information):

Describe the bug Health cost drain magic shield as well

To Reproduce Use any health cost skills with amount of magic shield

Expected behavior In older versions everything was fine about health cost and magic shield Magic shield was untouched

Additional Information (screen shots, etc.) This thing complitely ruinng Soul shred builds

not a bug but will be more obvious in next update
