[BUG] About the spell tick rate #402

Technical Specs (please complete the following information):

CrafttoExile-Dissonance-3.0.1
singleplayer
8GB

Describe the bug the spell tick rate will less than 1 whenn the spell level too high, when this happen, the spell can't not work properly. there are some spell can reproduce this bug, like Ice Orb and Holy Flower.

this is very helpful thank you. i had this problem and could not figure it out. fixed for next update
