[BUG] Unholy Meditation not restoring mana #404

Technical Specs (please complete the following information):

Craft to Exile Version [3.0.1]
World Type [multiplayer]
RAM Allocation [6GB]

Describe the bug Unholy Meditation does not restore Mana, despite saying it does so

To Reproduce

Use Arctic Armour to zero out mana regen
Use another skill to have a mana defecit
Use unholy meditation
Watch as mana does not restore

Expected behavior Mana flows through me once again

Additional Information (screen shots, etc.) In case it is relevant, I have Magical Life zeroing out my magic shield

fixed for next update, thanks. this was actually affecting more than just unholy meditation!
