[BUG]some Localizations don't work #408

Technical Specs (please complete the following information):

Describe the bug I have noticed that some lang line in the en_us.json won't affect some text in game, here are the screenshots: This is the Enrage effect, the name of this effect has been translated: image

but in other spells, which refer the Enrage effect in their tooltips, can't be translated like the Enrage effect: image

And the text from the first screenshot is from here, and the second one is from here

besides this, the "element: xx" also cannot be translated.: image

I hope you can fix these bugs, thanks!

Ah yeah some of the translations are hardcoded, unfortunately. I'm not sure I can fix this in a reasonable timeframe. sorry
