[BUG] issue #403 occur in MAS latest version 3.15.15 #424

Technical Specs (please complete the following information):

Craft to Exile Version 3.1.2
singleplayer
RAM Allocation: 8G

Before: talent:

gear:

shield:

I don't add any stats point, only have some from the talent.

But after:

It seems as same as the #403.

Hey thanks, it's not a bug. You get some flat magic shield from arcane devotion that scales with your level.
