Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It is hard to tell when my teammates need healing.
I constantly have to run up to each player to see their health bars individually.
Especially without VC, most players don't have time to type "I need healing" whilst in combat.

Describe the solution you'd like

A simple party HUD would be nice.
Something that just displays basic stats like HP, ENERGY, MANA, and perhaps the status effects of the spells I cast on them.
If overflow is a problem, it only needs to list the first 5 or so players within the 100-block party share radius.
Here's an example illustration (top-right):

There's already a mod for this, however, it's based on the vanilla heart system: Teams

Additional context

There was also an old RPG mod called "MineKraft: Ultra" that did this as well.
The screenshot doesn't do it justice with only one player, but it lists every player within the party share radius:

would be quite nice, especially for Resolution. probably not possible at this time for dissonance. those markups look fantastic though, would love to see em implemented for res
