Runes don't exist[BUG] #434

Technical Specs (please complete the following information):

Craft to Exile Version 3.1.8
World Type multiplayer
RAM Allocation 8gb

Describe the bug When searching for runes for the runed weapons in JEI nothing comes up.

Expected behavior I can't find any way to figure out if it is just an error on my end or with the files.
