This is a long list, so I'll keep my descriptions brief. If you want further explanation I can do so after this post. I've bolded mods that could get in, and italicized mods that are possible but unlikely.
Mystical Agriculture: It's a very unique mod that would fit thematically but no for now becausue it's a lot to process - would require a dedicated quest page and tons of configuration. Also not really looking to add more "tech" into the game just yet.
Reliquary: Don't really see the need for this mod - some of the items don't really fit with CtE, and some of the items already have been implemented in one way or another.
Culinary Construct: Maybe, would require some configuration and testing. I don't know how nicely it'll play with Slice of Life: Carrot Edition.
Bountiful Baubles: I've seen this mod before and it won't really work with Mine and Slash unfortunately. The modifiers - half of them won't work. And there are issues with using other mod items in Mine and Slash curios slots sometimes.
Water Strainer: This one's pretty cool. Possibly, I'm a little hesitant to add little mods like this after Double Slabs...
Druidcraft: For similar reasons as Agriculture, it's also incomplete.
Artistokarts and Boats: These ones could be possible - they've been suggested before but I'm moreso waiting for things to stabilize before adding mods like these.
Ma Enchant: Since I learned how to turn off enchants this is highly possible.
Bamboo: This looks relatively light-weight and could see play. Would go nicely with Tropicraft.
Potions: Unnecessary addition in my opinion. Sorry :(
Enchanted Books Design thing: This looks decent - it's also client side so should be ok.
Goblin Trader: No because it doesn't have configuration I think.
Farmer's Delight: Haven't seen this before actually, looks pretty good. Would require a lot of testing and work but maybe.
Wings: N O. No flying it's broken on servers.
Wards: This belongs in Harmony not Dissonance :P
Both of Azure's Mods: No they're essentially reskins and I already have one of his mods. Doom's isn't really a reskin but it's too much for the Nether. We have enough trouble with mob diversity in the Nether already.
Cauldron: Looks pretty legit. Would need a lot of configuration for the sheer amount of items we already have.
Please bear in mind that while I say some of these are possible... It's unlikely many will get in. I'm constrained by time and also we have stability and balance to consider. Some of these would be easy add-ins like enchants. But others like the food ones and Cauldron would be larger projects for later. Thanks again for the mod list suggestion. I did say many of these I've seen, or have been suggested, but I appreciate it every time someone writes one of these ups because times change and also, I do miss mods sometimes.
“Small list” lmao

Why you think it might be beneficial to Craft to Exile Mystical Agriculture - New sets of armor with their own set bonus along with another way to obtain some resources. Reliquary - Adds some relics into the game that people can try to hunt for. Culinary Construct - A rebalance to the food system as some food were too overpowered for their cost BountifulBaubles - Adds in some more wearables. ( Says 1.14+ requires Curios and not Baubles) Water Strainer - A way for people to get some resources early game without destroying the world. Druidcraft - Some nice early game armor via bone armor and some mid-late game armor along with some new foods. AstikorCarts - A new way to travel on land while being able to take a friend or two along with you. Ma Enchants - Adds some new enchants into the game that can be helpful. For example the Lumberjack enchant allows people to fell a tree. Extra Boats - Like AstikorCarts but for boats. Many times have I tried to take some animals I found from a far away land only to be able to carry one at a time. Bamboo Everything Forge - We can all agree bamboo has too little use so I was hoping with this, we would be able to give bamboo a little bit more use. Potionmaster - Adds new potions and ways to make potions. Enchanted Book Redesign - Color codes enchanted books based on the type of enchants they are used on. Goblin Traders - Like the wandering trader but ALOT better. Farmer's Delight - New foods and ways to cook food. Wings Horns & Hooves, the Ultimate Unicorn - New ways to travel on land or even the skies if allowed. Wards - A way to keep your colony or even yourself alive when you are at home at night while making use of those useless enchanted books you have. DotHack Weapons - not sure if mine and slash would override them or not but would be nice to have some more awesome looking weapons into the game. Azuredoom's Doom mod - Adds new mobs and equipments into the game. Cauldron Recipes - A new and innovative way to make some items instead of using the crafting table all the time.
