Hi!

Currently, this project is licensed under The Xot License:

2) If you distribute a modified version of the software's source code, make the modified code available under this license.

Is it intended that this license does allow distributing a modified version of the software as a binary under a propriatary license without releasing the source code?

I would suggest using a well-established license which guarantees that noone will ever distribute this software under a propriatary license which then competes with this project. Maybe the (A)GPL would be the right choice.

The code is completely useless at this point. Not only does it not implement the current tox protocol, it would take a very long time to rewrite it to even compile with a recent Rust compiler. A rational actor would not waste a single second studying the code found in this repository.

I'm therefore hereby releasing the code under the CC0 license.
