vsi format #250

it is fantastic framework... Thanks authors and all experts. I was wondering if you could let me know as openslide does not work with "vsi" format how can use CLAM on vsi images?

I am not familiar with the particular format, if possible, you can try to use libraries like vips to first convert it to something more common like pyramidal tiff, which would be supported by openslide.
