What data do I need to download in addition to the SVS formatted images? Survival predictions should also include survival time and whether death has occurred. Where can these data be downloaded?

You only need to download the SVS formatted images. As mentioned in other GitHub issue, survival time can be downloaded directly from cbioportal.org. The dataset is found directly here.

tcga_gbmlgg_all_clean.csv.zip seems to be a blank file
