Hi :), Nice paper. I want to reproduce the results but I notice that you describe the processing of the WSIs but, can you share the script for the preprocessing step?

@renato145 I think the preprocessing step of WSI can be performed by their another program CLAM https://github.com/mahmoodlab/CLAM
