Adds the hosts project

Basic info

Application name: hosts Application repo link: https://github.com/StevenBlack/hosts Application description: The purpose of this project is to consolidate several reputable hosts files, and merges them into a unified hosts file with duplicates removed for the purpose of blocking undesirable websites via DNS blackhole. One can optionally invoke extensions to block additional sites by category.

Qualifications

There are a ton of great Python projects out there, but what makes an application "Awesome™"? Please check that all of the following criteria apply:

• [X] Using Python for a considerable part of their functionality.
• [ ] Well-known, or at least prominently used in an identifiable niche.
• [X] Maintained or otherwise demonstrably still functional on relevant platforms.
• [X] An application, not a library or framework.
