[WIP] glom.Match / cerberus comparison doc #238

I don't want to "punch down" at another open source project, trying to keep it neutral and informative.

Neutral and informative is great! I think a good way to build on that would be to generalize to include at least one other popular library. Then it serves as a "glom match for X users" cross ref, as well as a consumer's guide to choosing the library that suits your style best.
