Could you add support for injecting properties in the manifest file?

The main example would be to inject the google maps api key based on release or 
development profile.

With resource filtering this is already possible.

Hi, 

I know the properties can be filtered and i have succesfully done it. But i 
have to say this was a real pain and the manifest update with resource 
filtering was tricky to set up properly, especially in eclipse
