scale/use custom icons for POIs categories #134

Hi,

For each category of POIs RMaps just lets the user choose the icon color.

It would be nice to let the user also change their size (they would often
hide street names on the map, etc, so it would be handy to get them
smaller - by default also ?)

And maybe even let users add custom icons for landmarking !

Anyway thank you so much for providing us with the incredibly small
and powerful program, mr. robert !
