Update sharp to 0.17.3 #70

Fixes failing build on Centos7 x64 using Node LTS.

It is not necessary because the string ^0.17.0 match any patch versions 0.17.X

Ah, I'm sorry. Makes total sense. Realized our real problem was using an old version of gulp-responsive. Updated to 2.7.0 and everything's good.
