Update sharp to the latest version #88

Supersedes #74, closes #61.

Updates sharp to version 0.20.1 and adapts the library to handle the deprecated methods. This is a breaking change, as node >= 4.5.0 is now required.

Is there any way I can npm install from your repository while this one isn't updated?
