As mentioned in https://github.com/maho3/ltu-gobig/issues/15, BORG-PM seems to solve the issues of the discrepancy between Quijote and our approximation N-body sims (which were run with pmwd). Here I:
Implement this model into the cmass pipeline and make this the default
Add a notebook to compare the results of quijote and the two BORG models to display that they match well
Update borglpt.py so that the correct value of As is used given a value of sigma8.
