Remove nbodykit #24

Currently, nbodykit is our most problematic installation and is making it difficult to get ltu-cmass working on NERSC, Anvil, etc.

The goal here is to remove the nbodykit dependency as much as possible. We still use it for:

[ ] Galaxy biasing, replaceable with halotools
[ ] Power spectra, replaceable with pypower or pycorr
[ ] Cosmological calculations, replaceable with astropy
