34 implement pinnochio as a halo catalogue maker #35

In this PR we allow the use of Pinocchio as a "nbody" solver and halo catalog generator. This runs in the same way as other nbody codes in the pipeline, and the only requirement is that the path to the pinocchio executable is provided in the conf file. For details and checks see #34.

I added a couple commits to:

Allow for optional importing of CAMB/CLASS/SYREN (with warnings)
Add pinocchio and CAMB/CLASS/SYREN instructions to INSTALL.md
Run everything through autopep to ensure formatting guidelines
Make a separate default config for pinocchio within cmass/conf/nbody
Bug-fix a few minor things to get it working on my end
