No-repeating with unkown end date #258

A none repating appointment should be possible that never ends.
May be a null enddate should be feasible.
Non ending ending appointments are required in certain situations when the 
duration o the use of a resource is unknown.
e.g. a patient enter the hospital for a long therapy.
