Adding a new classification in another language than EN will create the name "Root" as the EN name #299

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set language to Dutch.
2. Add new classification
3. Check English assigned name

What is the expected output? 
The EN name should be by default the same name as the Dutch name 
What do you see instead?
"Root"

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
