Filtered event types showing in published calendar

I have a calendar with different evet types (Class, Choreo, Practice). I have a 
calendar that filters
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a calendar with different types of events
2. Filter certain events, publish the calendar
3. The filtered events show on the published (Web version) of the calendar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Calendar should show only the selected event types, not all the event types

What version of the product are you using?
1.6.4

On what operating system?
The server is on Windows Server 2008
