Export data or upgrade version from 1.5.0 to 1.7.7 #403

Hello!
I'm using your app and I want to export all data to the newest version.
I'm using jtrac and rapla-binary-1.5.0 and I don't know where is all my data.

How I can export all my data (users, resourcers, calendars,...) to use new 
version 1.7.7??

If you did not change the storage to a database the data should be stored in 
rapla dir
/webapp/WEB-INF/data.xml
