Templates should be able to use start time and duration from marked area in calendar #465

There is a new option in template menu which allows you to use flexible start 
and end time of a template.
Uncheck "fixed time and duration"

If you have a start time selected e.g. in week view the template events will be 
moved according to the start time.

If the template contains only one appointment the duration of the appointment 
will also be set to the marked duration.
