Locate command cannot work on windows paths on other drives #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Excecute "boar locate d:\some\file" on some existing path on another drive 
in windows.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The command should complete normally. Instead, there is an "no such file" error 
caused by the drive letter being lost.
