checking the smtp module shows an error, but during registration the mail is sent so it probably works

Create an account on gogetssl.com and apply for reseller program. then after an hour or two you will receive an email. after that login to your gogetssl account at my.gogetssl.com and go to Menu > Reseller Modules > Api Settings. and generate an api password. put api username and password password in xera api settings and thats all....

We have enabled debug for your website and could locate the following error log: <?php defined('BASEPATH') OR exit('No direct script access allowed'); ?>

ERROR - 2022-09-02 15:04:22 --> Severity: Notice --> fwrite(): send of 5 bytes failed with errno=32 Broken pipe /home/userinfo/public_app/system/libraries/Email.php 2268

In the file mentioned in the log (/home/userinfo/public_app/system/libraries/Email.php) we could find the empty SMTP settings. We filled them with the ones that are placed in your admin dashboard.

After that, the error log did not appear anymore but the error was not fixed as well.

Hence, we would rather suggest you consult with a web developer regarding this topic.
