Docker #102

As installing this is not as straightforward as it seems, would you please consider releasing a docker file? I think that in the long run this will probably save you dozens of issues

I was writing to the authors the same thing. I'm struggling to install all the things and too little info is given. Please consider to release a docker file.

https://github.com/halhenke/docker-sniper may be old,but you'll get some idea. probably gcc5/g++5 needs to be added
